The Laser General V-100 is a measuring & sorting machine for small cylindrically symmetric parts. The system implements three methods for inspection of parts; a precision laser for measuring lengths and diameters, an inline camera for inspecting the head of the part and eddy current generator for inspecting bulk mass properties of the part.
